Based on our experience were providing wheelchairs for some students, we received some suggestions from them regarding their wheelchairs as they have some ideas to modifying the wheelchairs to meet their needs inside schools, as they said there is a lot of accessory that might facilitate their accessibility.
User feedback is extremely important for product improvement and environmental modifications. It is important to note that in some cases user suggestions could be addressed through insuring an appropriate service provision.
Have you shared the suggestions from your users to the designers/manufacturers of the wheelchairs that you provided?
