One of the challenges that persons with disabilities encounter when they go to the service centers is the lack of choice to choose an appropriate wheelchair for them to be independent. This is due to the unavailability of the types/designs of wheelchairs to choose from. In this case, the user is not given a chance to choose but is just given what is on a plate. should we say the right of the user is violated or not?
